That's why I'm waiting in the weeds ... I agree that Game 7 favors the Lakers. But I still think - and thought at the beginning of the series - that the Celtics are the better team.

Dammit Piotr...Sheed blocked THREE shots this series so far. You'd better recognize!!

Edit: Waiting in the weeds? You a sniper?

Its not inaccurate unless you're silly enough to believe it was a strictly literal statement. If I found a YouTube clip of Lamar Odom blocking a shot, would that make him a shotblocker? Because they have the same number of blocks this series.

Stop it! I swear to God...you're making way too much sense. No need for those kinds of shenanigans around these here parts.

Jordan Farmar is also a high-flying dunk monster. Just ask KG.

    Brown's Grant Hill-like dunk pwns Farmar's dunk.

What does this mean? You're just waiting for the chance to run your mouth if the Celtics win?

    How very Internet fanboard.

Nope ... just proving that you guys shouldn't be in the business of predictions.

Look, the Lakers played great last night and the Celtics stunk. As I noted, Boston's had finishing issues this season, too.
BUT, if Boston does win tomorrow (which could easily happen), LA will have lost a home court Game 7 and blown 1-0 and 2-1 leads in this series. That may not be the mark of a "soft" team, but it doesn't exactly radiate killer instinct, either.
If the Lakers win, congratulations and more power to 'em. It should be noted that if a team has trouble holding leads and finishing off playoff series, it may not stem from weakness. It might just have X amount of consistent good play within itself before it has relapses due to its inherent non-character-related basketball flaws.

I give credit for Kendrick Perkins taking questions today and saying it like it is. Its a huge break for the Lakers and too bad for Mr. Perkins (he's got a nasty scowl but the Warriors sure could use someone like him).
