I disagree that it is a low percentage shot - not for a guy like Blake, not when it is that wide open.

But if you watch the replay, Artest may have been able to send a nice lob to Kobe Bryant, though he is not as open as Mike Brown made it seem as the Thunder switched on defense and there is a good chance Artest's pass would have been intercepted unless it was thrown perfectly.

The Blake shot was as good a look as you are going to get. It's not about needing a three it's about taking your best available option. He makes that shot more than he misses it when he is that wide open. People should maybe look at Kobe's actual numbers down the stretch.

The 76ers have gotten quite a bit out of their abilities. But there are few teams in the NBA who have answers for Kevin Garnett when he's in form and Philly is most assuredly not one of them.

The Steve Blake shot was a really good look.

The thing about LBJ is that he sees the game so well that he wants to make the pass if it is the smart play. Which is fine -- the Bulls won a lot of titles with MJ passing the ball in key moments.

But LBJ seems to be very comfortable not even having the ball in his hand at any time during the final play. You want him to be just a little more selfish.

Exactly. There's a difference between passing the ball to a guy with a wide open look and standing in a corner and doing nothing more than serving as a decoy.

After blowing the lead they had last night, the Lakers will be lucky to extend the series past 5 games. I just don't think they've got what it takes to extend OKC.
Also, don't sleep on Indiana. It may not be as much them winning as Miami not performing to its capabilities, but the Pacers have a legit chance to get the Heat, I think.

I think if LA had won last night, they had a real chance to pull off the upset. I think OKC is super talented but soft, and I don't know that you can win an NBA title with ZERO low post scoring.

But I think the Lakers are totally done. They played great, caught the Thunder on a bad night, had the game in their hands and would have shaken up the whole dynamic, grabbed home court, and carried a lot of momentum going into Game 3. And they gagged. Throwing it away the way they did means the Thunder feel like they can play poorly and still turn it on and. This is coming from a huge Laker fan, but all that's left now is for the doctor to call the time of death.

All that talk about "Big 2" and how Bosh wasn't good enough to be part of a "Big 3" ... well, he's apparently more important than some thought.

And because I was watching with no volume, has Riley fired Spoelstra yet?

Does Spoelstra own a comb or just gel and Just For Men.

If Miami doesn't come out of the East is there any chance of a good final.

He should first fire whoever compiled this roster as there are some serious flaws in it.
