Well, just saying this, but one could argue he did come up big when his team needed him the most last night. Not defending him by any stretch of the imagination, but just saying is all.

Of course he did. He had a stat line that hadn't been rivalled in 50 years. To some he would have been better off going 6 for 24 and making a game winning jumper.

That's exactly it. I swear that I'm not just projecting onto him some out-of-control sports talk radio cliche about him. He really seems to, at times, inexplicably, slink to the shadows. Then you look up, at the end of the day, and usually the stat line looks pretty good.

Am I the only one to notice that the Celtics appear to be about three times as good as the Heat in Game Seven, and that, once again, while James may not be responsible, that team's offense is unable to even pass?

If the Heat lose, the press will be unsufferable for the next week or so.

You mean the next four months.

    Not watching; have hockey on.

James is the most talented player on the court and it probably is not even close.

If he and his teammates remember this, they should not have a problem.

That long 3 by LeBron is one of the more insane things I've seen in a while.

    Should be a fun Finals.

Pig-headed moves by some of the key Celts, leaving for through the tunnel with still 10 seconds left on the clock.
Not even shaking hands afterward, though Ray Allen and several Boston players did.
    And Rivers stayed around.
Rondo is not a guy I'd like to have on my team if I were coaching or was a fan of an organization.

The Celtics just ran out of fuel. Their loss is why insurance companies get big.
