So the Heat owner really just said they have the classiest fans in the league seconds after those same fans booed when Alonzo Mourning was congratulating the Celtics on a great season and a tough series?

The Lebron/Durant matchup should be mighty fun with both superstars playing the same position and guarding each other. That was always the fallacy with how the media billed those Magic/Bird "duels"--in truth, the two played different positions and were almost never actually on each other. Not this time, can't remember the last time there was a better genuine superstars "head to head" matchup.

For the record, my money's on Durant--but not because of superior winnerness instilled by a season playing in front of college crowds (sorry, Devil)--but simply because he has a better overall supporting cast. Should be a fun Finals.

Old legs showed themselves in the second half. Magic was right.

So, I'll admit to not watching much basketball during the regular season, so I might be late to the game on this -- but damn Brandon Bass impressed me in these playoffs.

So when does Spoelstra get fired?

    If OKC wins the title?

Gonna be a fun Finals. The late tips (9 p.m. at best) suck ass, but it'll be worth it. Even with a 5 am alarm.

    OKC in 7.

Teaching hours stink for most of the year, but this time of year...oh man, it's great! I'm pumped for the Finals. No clue what to expect. LeBron could put up 40 a game and the Heat win in 5, or OKC could cruise. I really have no clue.

Yup. That's why I'm guessing 7 games. Seems like the safest bet.

Don't really care who wins. Finals going 7 would make me happy.

I'm not a full blown LeBron hater like most, so it won't really bother me if the Heat wins. But I'm definitely pulling for OKC. If OKC wins, the crowds at Barry Farms this summer will be out of control.
