As I said (had you read my own manifesto, which didn't match your ramblings for length or inanity), the Kobe stuff is fun and understandable. I had no issue with it, but I do think a fan can't insullt other fans without having the class to expose his own vulnerabilities. You did, a lot of pages ago. I'll engage in banter, especially when my team is crap and someone else thinks he's a genius for predicting their demise.

My years in sports journalism have made it so that I not nearly the fan I used to be. Now the only actual sports take (Your team LOST!!!! doesn't count) that genuinely pisses me off is when people rip soccer for no apparent reason, rather than just not caring.

I understand what you say about being a man and all that crap. But how can you presume to say that when you're just ripping on everybody else, with the best smack being "Ha, ha, you LOST!!!!" Always thought those are the coward fanboys, who just run around saying shit to everyone. That type of banter is somthing I remember doing in high school. It was fun though.

And when I said something to you about Fenian, it wasn't a defense as much as it was an urging to stop letting dude make an ass of you, as I felt he was doing; I made a mistake. Obviously, I misread you.

Because now that's what you do on this thread. You're making an ass out of people, with RAMBO being the only person willing to try to exchange real takes with you, because another a-hole photo posting is always around the corner.

You're really rubbing it in on the Mavs. I stand by what I posted; you've moved from being funny to just being a dick. And since you don't really care about the Rockettttes, it won't matter if and when they lose.

 

Nice piece from the Philippines on the Mavs and the Heat (last year's NBA Finalists) flaming out in the first round. It goes into how silly it was for Dallas to rest its starters against GSW in the next-to-last game of the regular season, when they had a chance to help knock the Warriors out of the playoffs altogether and thus avoid the calamitous upset.
