    Because Nash doesn't have games with 44 FGA, and Kobe doesn't have games with 15+ assists? :)

    Actually, I have. Repeatedly. Kobe takes waaay more shit than he deserves.

    He just isn't the MVP. The team barely made the playoffs.

    Getting a crappy team to the playoffs is a better accomplishment than getting a team full of great players(including 2 all stars) as one of the top teams in the NBA(while playing that type of basketball). That's just me.

    One round and out. La di da.

    It's Most Valuable Player. His great accomplishment is that he got the team into the 7th spot - barely - and they're being ushered out of the playoffs rather quickly. They wouldn't have made it there without him, but when you get right down to it... big fuckin' deal. They were barely a .500 team and they're out in round one.
