One of the greatest victories in Cleveland history.

  3. Great great win by the Mavs....

Can't believe the Heat didn't get the ball to Wade more in crunch time.....

Am I going to have to take the word wimp out of my vocabulary when it comes to Dirk?

    Well played.

  6. That's got to be deflating for the Heat...wonder if it can have the same mental impact on Miami that their comeback win in 06 had on Dallas in game 3?

Noticed this as well. Two really dumbass possessions by him, especially when going to the rim would have probably given him a bailout foul and game-sealing free throws. It's bugged me for years the way he gets praised so heavily for being a super smart player. He is, in many respects, but he really does do some dumb things on late-game possessions, especially the dribble-dribble-dribble-dribble, jacked up 3-pointer fading away as the shot clock runs down. (To his credit, he made a great pass to Chalmers on that game-tying three.)

I still don't quite know how the Mavs won. I think Kidd's 3-pointer was HUGE because it meant they weren't trading baskets even when Miami scored. They were still gaining points, keeping momentum.

Lastly, Chris Bosh ... still a bitch. Dwyane Wade, still very good.

Not if they win three in a row in Dallas.

  11. No they don't...2-3-2 format....Dallas sweeps at home, series is over without going back to South Beach

    Bosh is a punk.

Heat got arrogant/cocky/relived the July "celebration" of winning eight championships and thinking the game/series/O'Brien trophy was wrapped up and the date of the parade down Biscayne was set up.

Still ... only two teams in 26 years have won all three middle games at home. 2004 Pistons against the melting down Shaq-Kobe Lakers and the Mavericks disaster of the 2006 Finals. I expect this series to get back to Miami.
