    We've all had it happen.

I understand you lost to Indiana but c'mon. Take it easy.

Like I told you, first chance I get to leave the greatest Big Ten football program known to man -- I'm gone. I don't even know if it's possible for us to change jobs, but nine games in, I'm ready to jump ship for something better.

I'd like for us to hold on to jobs at least for two years. If possible. I'll leave it to a vote.

I know turnover isn't viewed as a good thing, but I think we should have the option of leaving whenever we want.

I don't think the change jobs/get fired is possible in an online dynasty. But you definitely can switch teams. The commissioner just switches that person's team.

In past Xbox dynasties, we have allowed people to change teams during the offseason. It hasn't happened often and the same rules regarding team ratings applied.

We didn't have a problem with switching. Look at it this way: the person switching teams is basically a year behind everyone else with their new team.

I don't mind if someone wants to switch, as long as they abide by the original rules of team selection.

Thanks for the input Hank and I think that's an excellent idea to keep within the same rating parameters.

If I did decide to jump ship, I wouldn't go to some top-tier program -- that wouldn't be fair to everyone else.

What was our rating guidelines? Teams 79 and lower?

    Below 80 yes.

Also, I didn't get a chance to advance last night. Sorry folks.
