I got kicked offline toward the end of the game and didn't get back on tonight. Not sure what happened, except that I was losing so horribly (33-0 to a 1-4 Middle Tennessee State team) that my connection might have died on me out of pity. I'll try again tomorrow and throw the game so I don't get a win that I don't deserve.

I am so horrible at this.

Don't throw the game, Meat. I think we've all had issues like that.

Jake, I'm usually up that early for work.

I'd feel bad if I won after having lost 33-0 to them already. Of course, I remember losing a game in the 10 dynasty after I beat said team, only to have it not save for whatever reason it was. So you may have a point.

Yeah, I'd vote "don't throw the game," too.

And so I didn't throw the game.

ECU 28, Middle Tennessee State 7.

    Go figure.

IIRC, I was down 17-7 at the half. I just missed a chip shot FG before the half, couldn't stop the AI to save my life & received the ball to start the 2nd half. I thought if I scored on that opening drive, I'd have a chance. Nope, punt.

At this point, I'm frustrated beyond belief. So I decided I was just going to call my defensive plays & let the computer do the dirty work for me. Sack. Sack. Fumble. Hmmm. Get the ball back & score right away.

Try the same strategy. INT. Score right away. I think I had about five sacks & forced three turnovers. Game over.

    I told you guys I stink. :)

Not sure if it's the AI or not, but there are times where the computer will complete just about every pass against me. For example, last game, ASU was about 34-45 passing with eight drops.

Then there are other times where the AI goes 10-35. And I really didn't do anything differently on defense.

Anyway, I think I had fallen asleep by the time Meat got on, so I wasn't able to advance last night. I will do that this evening.

NCAA 10 was fucking bipolar. In the create-a-team dynasty, I beat Western Michigan in a close game, something like 35-28, but it didn't load and I lost it. I replayed it and Western Michigan won like 51-3. There was just no rhyme or reason. But to a degree, that's always been the case.

I'd like to know how some of you guys are running up basketball scores. Other than at end of the 09 dynasty, I've never been strong on offense.

Jake is the one putting up basketball scores. I'm just trying to get a few touchdowns here and there. I'd guess he's either forcing a lot of punts, turnovers or using a lot of onside kicks.
