Mad, I have an early deadline and would probably be getting home around 8 CST, so nothing before that would work for me.

 

Well, hopefully I can play to the strength of my team - my RBs - and your DBs won't be much of a factor. But I had a lot of attrition so I'm breaking in a lot of new players, too.

 

Prediction: We WILL have a user-user title game this year.

Tied at 14-14 with about a minute left in the first half and the Gamecocks driving deep in my territory, but a linebacker picked off a pass and ran it back 70-some yards for a touchdown. On the next drive, quarterback coughed up the ball and I landed on it deep in their territory with 19 seconds left, then scored on the first play to go up 28-14, and that was that.

Behind the eight-ball on recruiting because I never got around to picking out my own guys in the preseason, meaning I had to jettison the crap the CPU so thoughtfully chose for me. No thanks, 52-rated FB, I shant be needing your services going forward.

Oh, the one thing I'll add is make sure you don't get stuck with a walk-on at FB, Meat. Walk-ons in this game blow (ratings in the 40s from what I've seen).

 

Or a walk-on backup MLB (rated 49, that I cut last year) or a walk-on safety with 52 speed (also a cut casualty).
