I think B+ is the max for teams (87/88). MM, you can view every team on the website and see who is coming back along with ratings of players. I think someone said that earlier, but just in case.

Meat, if you're still interested in a new team, here's a couple. I didn't look at every team, just teams I thought would fit the B+ rating.

Couple of them have your 90-rated QB.

    Arkansas B+ (QB 91 and 87).
    Baylor B+ (QB 87)
    Cal B+ (QB 89)
    Georgia Tech B+ (QB 88)
    Illinois B+ (QB 88)
    Michigan State B+ (QB 90)
    North Carolina B+ (QB 90)
San Diego State B (QB 91)
    Virginia B+ (QB 88)

I was looking at Arkansas and North Carolina in particular. If I can't get anyone in this recruiting period, I may keep the door open to a switch.

I guess I'll have to stick with Penn State since someone needs to keep the Big 10 honest.

You might as well. You've had some pretty good recruiting classes the past couple years.

And you won't have that pesky PAC 12 to deal with at the end of the year, either. :D

Looks like just me, jake and rumple left with points to spend before advancement.

I'm RTA. I already have too many players in my recruiting class.

I didn't have time to update the recruit list, so I just went with recruiting ranking and number of recruits.

I have advanced to the next part, which is position changes.
