Pretty sure I saw several Top 10 teams lose to the computer. I know Florida was one for sure. Ohio State might have lost, too. That would really shake things up, since the Gators were No. 4 and the Buckeyes are No. 1.

Oh, I shut out Illinois.

I apologize guys. You picked the wrong person to join this league if you were hoping I could knock off the computer teams.

My QB is out a few weeks & my backup is horrendous. I threw a TD on his first attempt & I believe 3 picks on his next 5 attempts, including one with less than a minute left & a chance to win. Those are all operator error.

I sincerely apologize for being such an incompetent oaf.

 

Don't feel so bad. I'm an original member and I can't get out of my own way on offense. Shit, I beat Army 14-10 this week. If I was playing the entire United States Army, I'd be ok with the result. Triple option is an ass pain.

The defense seems to tighten up after the first quarter. Maybe not so much for Jake and am, who continue to put up Tecmo Bowl numbers.

 

Houston did a fairly good job of containing my running game. Patterson's longest run of the game was likely 10 yards. They couldn't come close to stopping my passing game, though. RTA.

 

Looks like we're ready for Hank to hit the button.

 

My offense is very hit or miss sometimes. I throw my share of picks (and a lot are user error), but I can also get 3-4 passing TDs.

At any rate, it's a good group of guys that aren't super intense about winning, which can make it fun for everyone.



I'll advance the league sometime today.

 

Played Illinois in the rain and had four drops. Three were on wide-open streaks. Damn near threw my controller.
