Not sure that I'd agree with that, but it would actually be nice to see figures from the major leagues (well, maybe not the NFL) to see their average breakdown.

 

I don't know the average but I just looked at the Orioles roster and they had 26 white players on the team.
The NBA's popularity is REALLY growing outside the US. It won't be long before(we're actually seeing a little now) we see an increase in foreign players.

Why have there been so few African American major league starting pitchers?
If you look at the rosters, IF and OF are completely mixed, but pitching seems to be a white man's position, especially starting pitching.
