    I was hoping for a 27-26 win by Belmont on a buzzer-beater.

All the money going to Vandy from a "pick" open was hysterical. Couple of the nation's leading touts led the lemmings over the cliff.

    More Seth Davis stupidity.

    Now Smith calling him out.

Smith and Crean could take turns pummeling him before the night is over.

Anybody who's looking for somebody to blame for Louisville's shortcomings can look to The Committee, who exiled them to such a faraway place for their first two games . . .

So far this week, I've heard commentators on ESPN saying to watch out for the following teams:

Oakland, Morehead State, Wofford, Bucknell, Belmont, Utah State, Richmond, Gonzaga and just about every other team out there. Just throwing stuff out to see what sticks I assume, but I haven't heard a peep about St. Peter's.

Don't believe Peacocks will win, but suspect they may not go quietly.

Between Wofford, BYU, Wisconsin and Belmont, I think they have about a combined two black starters.

    Wofford only recruits Uncle Toms.
