After watching Temple go two OTs without getting any kind of decent look (and Pitt's craptacular previous possession), it was nice to see somebody draw something up that worked, and worked really well.

    Ah, the buildup continues.

It's going to be a great evening when certain chatty, smug bastards get theirs.

For those of you who might have forgotten, this is what Lesley Visser used to look like.

I'm sure she would look a 1000 times better today if she just let nature take its course.

Brad Stevens proves his eloquency about feeling bad for Pitt is a pile of shit with that foolish-looking slam dance with players and subsequent woofing it up in the Butler locker room.

I would still crawl over 18 miles of broken glass to get him in as Indiana coach.

    If you say so.

So Pitt never made the Elite Eight in 2009?

It kills you to admit when you are wrong. In fact, it doesn't kill you because you never do.

We know Butler is better than an 8, but its resume is definitely not as good as last year's. Didn't beat an NCAA tournament team prior to this weekend.

Last year, Butler was 18-0 in conference and a 5 seed ... this year, 5 conference losses (including one to doormat Youngstown State).

Ever since an OT loss at home against Milwaukee in late January (which cost Butler the top seed for the conference tourney), Butler has been playing possessed.

Not that it makes a huge difference to your argument, but Butler did have one win over an NCAA tournament team during the season. The Bulldogs beat Florida State out in Hawaii on the way to the Diamond Head Classic tourney title.
