Does Purdue even have a coach or has he given up?

Let's not pencil VCU into the Elite Eight quite yet.

Purdue was a team that had serious issues coming in. Two straight losses, including one to lowly Iowa, and then lost a starter to conduct detrimental to the team on the eve of the tournament.

Plus, Purdue is basically a two-man team anyway (which, I understand, pointing out partly undermines my previous point).

Bottom line: USC, Georgetown, and Purdue were all teams ripe to fall on their face. Notre Dame is damned good, as is Florida State with Singleton.

If Seth Davis told me the fucking sun was shining, I would look outside and doublecheck.

You guys think Bruce Weber can manage to tell his guys not to ALL fucking collapse in the lane on every goddamned drive?

If the Illini don't knock this shit off, they're going to lose by 40.

By far the worst color guy in March Madness.

You'd think 30-plus games into the season, these guys would know the difference between help defense and its shitty cousin, "Send Five Guys After the Ball."

Does anyone know who the assistant coach is for Illinois that is constantly standing?

Shocked that DeRosa hasn't seatbelted him yet.

@SethDavisHoops: My earlier tweet was incorrect. A player can call a time out up until the ref counts to five. Rule changed several years ago. Apologies.
