as a fan of a very bad team who nonetheless slapped xavier around for 30 minutes, and as an objective observer of the current purdue/xavier game, i'd just like to offer this:

They haven't crowned a CBI champ yet, according to my CBI bracket.

 

My uncle, a Duke grad, said back in December after watching several of their games that they didn't have a strong inside game and were resorting to shooting from the perimeter and three-point line. I wasn't surprised that someone was going to bring that up in TODAY'S game.
