Todd Leary ... still probably what he's best known for in his IU career, even though he played quite a bit after that.

IU was pretty much in control of the game until Valentine started popping his whistle incessantly in the second half. Leary nearly singlehandedly got IU back into the game with three straight 3s ... and Jamal Meeks (a great defender who couldn't shoot to save his life) got open in the corner for a 3 that would've tied the game, and it clanged off.

Is anyone else surprised Kansas is struggling with UNLV?

So much for Notre Dame controlling the tempo.

Hey, Wazzu, please don't let this one get away. Notre Dame isn't as good as Stanford or UCLA, no reason to piss away a big lead.

#$@# Washington State. Worst good team I've ever seen.

Let me guess, you have ND winning in your bracket. ::)

It's early. A five-point KU lead at halftime against a team that's already won 27 games isn't the roof collapsing. With under 4 to play, we'll talk again.

You are correct. I hate Notre Dame too, but had to pick them.

    You didn't have to. I didn't.
Though, Wazzu's MO this season has been to get big leads and then lose against good teams because they aren't a great scoring team.
    I'm nervous.

I'm not a homer, plus ND has shown a lot more against better teams than Wazzou, so yes, I picked them.

On another note, my Marquette pick over Stanford was looking good until recently. Damned Pac 10 (except UCLA)

Please, STFU about your picks. No one gives a fuck.
