And Mississippi State comes through to give us a few more minutes of entertainment! (I'm slightly afraid this post will spark a 12-0 Memphis run)

A tie game and big time foul trouble now for the Memphis big men, this one's now very interesting.

Now the concern over Memphis' free-throw shooting rises to the forefront too. If Miss St can keep this close until about the 2-3 minute mark, they'll have a really good chance.

Not if you're Calipari. He's pretty adamant in his belief that this team's free throw shooting issues are overblown.

I picked a pretty good time to wake up from a nap. Great back-and-forth sequence in the Memphis-Miss. St. game.

He might not have to find out. A couple more airballs from MSU and this sucker's over.

Please ... the rest of Chapel Hill's roster loves running up and down the floor and shooting, but except for Green on occasion, no one wants to dig down and play defense. Only Hansbrough will do any of the gritty things.

Usually, Chapel Hill is talented enough to slide by. Obviously, they can outrun just about everyone and shoot quite well. But a team with almost as much talent mixed with some grit will take Roy's boys out.

Duke had it right in the game at Chapel Hill. Zoom in on the other four and make it one-on-five. Hansbrough is exceptionally good, but a good team is better than a great player.

Looks like Mississippi State is about to start fouling with 3:30 left in the game and down 7 points.
Might not be a bad idea.

That was pretty weird with the light shining in Dorsey's face.

It's the hack-a-Tiger strategy, complete with conspiring ushers!

Apparently somebody opened the curtain in front of one of the entrances to the concourse.

Vitale just said something even more insane on ESPN that I could've ever imagined. He said basketball should change its rules to if a player exceeds the foul limit, it's the coach's discretion if the player stays on the floor. If the player commits another foul, it's two shots and the ball for the other team. He complained about how Hibbert fouling out of the game hurt Georgetown. Yeah, that's basketball, Dickie V.
