I've heard that idea before. Not sure if it was Dickie V or Packer who said it though.

I like Vitale (shut up) but cannot agree with that. Foul situations are an integral part of the game, and giving Hibbert basically unlimited fouls widens the gap between the haves and have-nots.

Then again, giving Stephen Curry that many shots at the line and extra possessions would really inflate his scoring totals.

Holy shit, Memphis' terrible foul shooting almost sent that one into OT.

Memphis won, but Calipari was dead-wrong: His team didn't step up to the line in the clutch. It says here they won't in future rounds, either.
Also, anybody else think Ian Eagle had "Mississippi State Miracle" stowed away for the past week?

And seriously, Dickie V, the last minute of a close game already takes 10 years. Don't add more free-throw rules.

Maybe Dickie V was misinterpreted given that he had Coach K's dick in his mouth.

    Dumbest. Suggestion. Ever.

Vitale is a douchebag on the air. He also wants to reseed teams when his favorites get upset. Doesn't he know that a million brackets filled out across the country is one of the big things that make this the best time of year?

So, I'm guessing Washington State doesn't have the athletes to stay with North Carolina. Though, if they can control the tempo, it could be interesting.

Well, one thing's for sure. UNC ain't scorin 100 in the next round. 85 maybe, but not 100.

The Cougars have only given up 80+ once this season. UCLA scored 81. Not sure if that means they can slow down North Carolina, but Aaron Baynes is the key once again.
