Vandy tops South Carolina, 17-6. No scoring in the second half for either team.

Second NDSU win over a I-A school this season.

The top 11 teams in the I-AA poll are 6-3 against I-A schools this year.

Of course, I-AA teams aren't even close to the skill level of I-A teams. [/sarcasm]

Florida might well win this game, but may I go ahead now and suggest Rich Brooks for Coach of the Year?

OU caught a break on the INT and subsequent touchback ruling. It sure looked like the ball came out of the end zone before he took a knee.

    Anyway, it's 17-7 now.

  7. I know there's been about 20 upsets this year, but I can't be the only one who believes Michigan State has absolutely no chance against Ohio State. I've seen MSU teams wilt too often. It's almost like Ohio State has a psychological hold against it's Big Ten opponents.

Good news is, we'll see OSU get clobbered in the title game again.

Nit-picky question: Why is the Appalachian State block of Michigan's last-chance FG considered a "game-changing performance?" Appalachian State had the lead most of the day and had the lead at the time the teams lined up for the kick. I'm not saying the block wasn't huge, but didn't it more accurately prevent a game-changing performance?

Just slap me for trying to make literal sense of a Pontiac commercial.

  9. And UT just got stomped by Bama. Back out of the Top 25 for them.

Sparty pins OSU inside the 5 on the opening kickoff, then the Buckeyes promptly drive 95 yards for a score. Lights out.

Most Pop Warner teams have more skill than the Golden Gophers. They suck harder than a baby with a vacuum in a black hole. How Miami (Ohio) lost to them, I have no idea.
