I've seen a team attempt that, but it fumbled and nearly lost possession. They haven't tried it since.

Virginia takes the lead late. ESPN2 cameraman finds a hot, distraught Maryland girl in the stands and focuses on her for a good 5 seconds. She made quite the face at him when she realized. Wish she woulda shot him the bird.

Ladies and gentlemen, your No. 1 draft pick is .... NOT Dorsey.

Blown knee. That injury looks bad.

Saw a lot of that Mikell Simpson kid in high school ... and never, ever, ever expected a night like he had tonight for Virginia. 16-119 rushing ... and 13-152 receiving. Easily better than any HS game he ever had.

  6. Who won - Michigan or Illinois? I had to step out for a sec ...

    Michigan 27-17. Dominated fourth quarter.

I just looked at the stats from the Oregon-UW game and I'd say the Huskies have a problem with their rush defense. The Ducks had one guy over 200 yards, another over 100 and Dixon rushed for 99.

  9. Damn, they were tied when I left.

With the way this year has gone it would not surprise me in the least if Michigan is in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1. Even without Hart tonight they looked like they're starting to put it together.

  11. Shit, if they're in the Rose Bowl that means Ohio State could still be in the National Championship game. I really hope that doesn't happen.

    Edit: I'm assuming ...

Does anyone else think Oklahoma State-Oklahoma will decide the Big 12 South title?
