And I'm more than fine with that. :D

The only way Michigan gets to the Rose Bowl is if they beat Ohio State. Running the table against Minnesota, Sparty, Wisconsin and Ohio State wouldn't surprise me given how this season has gone.

Actually it could very well be A&M-Oklahoma. Franchione's supposedly a dead man walking but A&M is 6-2 and they already beat OSU.

In the preseason I said the Big 12 North would come down to the MU-KU game at Arrowhead. I assumed kU would be playing spoiler and MU would lose it a typical MU fashion (5th down, kicked ball, etc.). That could still happen, though I wouldn't have thought it would be two top 15 teams playing each other (if things hold up like they should).

LSU lets the clock down to 9 seconds, then Flynn puts a perfect pass into the receiver's hands for the TD. Crazy go nuts call.

LSU driving for a game-winning field goal, but two calls have bothered me -- refs picking up the flag on LSU's last touchdown when it had only six men on the line of scrimmage, which should have voided the play, and the very favorable spot on a third-down run when it should have been fourth down.

And as I type that, LSU scored a touchdown on a third-and-7 when I thought for sure it would simply kick the field goal. Ballsy call there.

Two after today, Oregon and USC. Cal should have stuck with the QB who played last week.

Virginia gained a grand total of 100 yards and was thumped at Wyoming, a middle-of-the road MWC team. Yet UVa is ranked 19th and leads an ACC division. Strange season.

  10. Why go for a TD when a fg would have won it? They had a timeout ... they could have run another running play.
