Nobody crashes the wagons like the Oklahoma Sooners! Nobody!

At least they added a breakaway carriage this time, unlike the Oklahoma-Colorado game in 1993. It's like watching John Wes Townley try to drive at Bristol.

I also remember an Orange Bowl where the damn thing got stuck in the mud and cost Oklahoma a penalty.

This is a couple of years old and doesn't even really scratch the surface of how many memorable games they've had, but has there been a more underrated college football rivalry over the last 30 years than LSU-Auburn?
Starting with the "Earthquake Game" in 1988, they've probably had seven or eight "name games" and almost that many that were decided right at the end, or on some sort of goofy play. The stretch from 1994-2007 was especially crazy. There were about 10 games in there that, if you mention one or two plays or phrases from them to fans of either school, they'd know exactly what you're talking about.

Sooner Schooner sidelined; new one due in spring

Shocked they don't have a back-up. I also think the new one will be made to avoid future spills - there is probably a lawsuit there if anyone is interested. Seriously, there isn't a Sooner fan willing to just buy a new one?

Presumably if OU has an engineering department worthy of the name they can design a Schooner with a center of gravity resistant to tipping. Whether or not it looks anything like an old 1890's Oklahoma land wagon is probably a whole other deal.

SMU up 11 with 5 left - its probably been more "interesting" than the NFL game, but they look like their playing 7 on 7. Houston just scored on a 96 yard catch and run (mostly run). Now down 3.

17 points combined scored in the 3rd quarter last night. All in the first 3 minutes.

At this point, why not just keep UCLA? Not that much of a step up from the other two schools.

Michigan is just bound and determined to never see the Rose Bowl.
