True love is hard to find. One time, I thought I found true love. Then I took the early flight home from San Diego and caught two guys tag teaming my girlfriend like a god damn magic show.

That's my favorite love quote. Of course, it comes from Old School.

It's another cliche, but......I don't want perfection. I want someone who is perfect for me. :)

    That's a germane point.

To an extent that's true -- you can't be a good partner unless you have something to give. But it's a two-way street. You can be the ultimate person, but you still have to find someone who complements you.

  7. I had to spend an hour next to wifeslut this evening as we got our taxes done. Since we were still married at the end of 2009, we filed jointly and will split the return.

It was awkward. We made a little small talk. I miss having her as a friend, somebody who knew me so well and I knew so well. Oh well. I'll be glad when our house sells and I never have to see her again.

Ooh, how funny would the reaction have been if you asked "so, you gonna be doing this with loverboy next year?"

The best revenge is him not asking.

We know she's broken up with him... and a small part of her wonders if Not cares. If he doesn't ask, it looks like he doesn't care.

They say the opposite of love is... apathy, right?

I think we can all assume they've split and move on!

Not, if this was a friend, I'd hate to hear what an enemy is like. She may have been "a friend" at the beginning, but there's no question in my mind that she wasn't into you as you were into her. Let her go. Trust me, you'll feel better.
