You are correct. If I could make her completely irrelevant to me I would be much better off. But good lord she pissed me off today with her selfishness and bitchiness about the $300. There was the mature way she could have handled it, and the selfish greedy slut way, and she chose the latter.

And then she had the gall to bitch at me about what was fair. The irony of that was apparently lost on her.

How did I end up with this slut for so long? People (Hi Philosopher!) have told me she's had this selfish bitch in her this whole time and I overlooked it because of whatever good qualities she had. But there's no way. This has to be a personality change on her part. There's no way I could have put up with this for nine years, no matter how I felt about the rest of her. There is a part of her that is simply pure, selfish evil and there's no way I could have overlooked that for nine fucking years!

Shock of shocks, humankind's greatest upset since the 1980 Olympic hockey team...

Wifey owed me some money recently. Just under $200, so no small change. I e-mailed her and pointed out the hows and whys. I expected her to fight me on it, or at least to simply ignore me until I either let it go or had my lawyer contact her for it.

Got an e-mail from her this morning saying a check was in the mail for what she owed. My jaw still hurts from where it hit the desk.

She owed him $200 - hardly enough money to really worry that much about and certainly, if that's the price of not having to talk to "the whore" ever again, it is worth it.

It isn't like it was $2,000 or something significant.
