    I don't quite follow this line of thinking.

    I have an immediate family member with special needs. Am I qualified to review the book? Probably no more so than Mr. Lemon. You don't require a cartoonist to review a season of Family Guy or a member of a biker gang to review Sons of Anarchy. You don't only allow presidential hopefuls to review The Audacity of Hope or only allow drug-addled hippies to review Hunter S. Thompson novels.

    -- If you can't take criticism, then you shouldn't be in the business.

    -- If you're a prick, you won't have many sources for long.

    These statements always make perfect sense, but I just don't believe them to be true at all..
