    Of course, he has. I still think he went the chickenshite route. If he really wanted to rustle some Jimmies, Morpheus would have been black.

    BTW, there are literal Jimmies to rustle in the books.

    Actually, the casting choices did shake plenty of people, and Gaiman has been outspoken in response to the criticism. There is nothing wrong with having a white actor play the main character, who was white in the source material.
