I had forgotten. Thank you for reminding me and thanks for being a part of year one. That's at least two spots if anybody new would like in. Replacing mc and adding one would put us at 12.

Haven't played baseball in a while. I'd be game if there's a spot.

We lost one, so there is definitely a spot. Once the league renews, I can send you an invite. Just send me a PM with the email address.

I'd be in, too, if it's not roto. Anybody interested in keepers or dynasty?

I know there was some interest in keepers. I can't do another one, though. I'm already in two off SJ.com and this one. Three is absolutely my limit.

The league is renewed for 2019. Rosters are cleared and last year's teams can access the site, with the exception of MC, who already said he is leaving. If anybody else is not returning, please let me know and remove your team from the league. Thanks.

I put a tentative draft date and time of March 23 at 3 p.m. That is not final. I was just tinkering with the settings, though if everybody can make that date and time, I'd go with it.

I think the rule change we need to discuss are possibly going to a head-to-head format. Clearly there are some strong sentiments in favor of a move in that direction.

I would also be open to discussing a small number of keepers going forward or possibly switching from a draft to an auction. (I love auctions. They bring more skill and less luck to the game, but they do get complicated for keeper leagues.)

My only issue with auctions is all it takes is one person to not show up for the draft and it fucks up the whole process (computer auto-bids).

I'd be fine with keepers. And either roto or H2H is fine with me.

If we go head to head (with same day FA moves) I'm in. If not, I have to pass. Lemmeknow.

There is no setting for same-day free agent moves, as far as I can see. I believe they are all effective the following day. If that's a deal breaker for you, that's fine. Please just remove yourself from the league.

What can be set is the waiver period. If a majority want the waiver period reduced from two days to one, that's worth considering.

The scoring, head-to-head or roto, will be determined by a league vote once we have 12.

I will ask everybody to please keep in mind that we have 12 owners to accommodate, not just one. If you want control over all settings for a league you are in, I suggest you create your own league. Please don't take that as hostile. It isn't. But it is fair. Whatever the remaining undecided owners choose to do, I thank you for being part of the league last season and hope you will be back again.

You can't even respond to a simple response without sounding thorn in anus'y.

NIAFL is a Yahoo league with up to first pitch FA activation and yours is a Yahoo league so the fix should be simple.

I'm also pretty sure I'm not the only one who wanted head to head ... perhaps the commish can start a poll or something.

I have always preferred head-to-head. I prefer draft over auction and am in favour of keepers.

Same day moves should be possible. I’m in other leagues that allow them.

This is a free, fun league for me to accompany a couple more hardcore, money leagues I’m in, so I’m easy to please. Roto, H2H, whatever the majority wants. I’d vote against keepers unless we’re in this for the long run.
