As always, I enjoy knowing that the workers of Flanders will be able to read the truth about the class struggle in their native tongue- without relying on the translations of the Gallic or Teutonic crypto-imperialists who might, deliberately or inadvertently, conceal the implications that Marxian thought has regarding the Flemish struggle for autonomy, which, by the way, can only come about through a government that answers directly to workers' councils. Indeed, the government of workers' councils is the only organizational model that can ensure a truly democratic workers' state. What a contrast, comrades, to the absurd puppet show- a Kukla, Fran and Ollie of plutocracy- that the capitalists have presented to the workers as an allegedly democratic electoral process.

Even if it was sincere, no one will believe it was sincere. Therein lies Clinton's problem. The minute she stops acting like a robot people think she's a phony.

At this point, you're right. She'd be better off conceding New Hampshire and gearing up for a re-tooled approach to the Super Tuesday states.

Clearly, what she's doing on the ground isn't working. Having Edwards piling on isn't helping, either.

With the movement in Obama's numbers in South Carolina, well, Nevada just got really interesting. She HAS to win there and hope the press really wants a story out of it.

I think it's her message. I thought she was really close to it when she was talking about being a proven agent of change rather than just being somebody talking about change. And she has to get passionate about it without being shrill. Saying that somebody else couldn't bring about positive change in evil Washington was basically handing Edwards the hammer while she held one of the nails on her coffin. I also think she needs to bitch slap Edwards out of this race before she does anything else. Edwards is no Obama when it comes to intelligence, likeability or trust, in my opinion. If New Hampshire doesn't peel him away, I think she is easily smart enough to do it herself and get it down to two candidates so she doesn't get ganged up on at every debate. Either way, it's her lack of message that opened up the void for Obama to fill.

When all the analysis is done we are going to find out that her war vote is what cost her the Presidency. She has spent the last 3 years backtracking but the general public is smarter than she gives them credit for. On the other side you have Obama who voted no. Kerry was a casualty of the war and now Hillary joins the list.

No, it isn't that. It's more that Obama's message sounds like Chicken Soup For the Soul.

HRC only has one shot at this point, and it's to call Obama a big bag of wind.

Obama didn't vote no, yes or present. He didn't vote on the war.

Obama didn't vote. He wasn't there.

But he did give a pretty strong speech against it, at a time when doing so was not looked on as a good political move.

Of course the point about HRC and the vote for the war still stands. She can claim all she wants that she wouldn't have gotten into Iraq, but it won't change the fact that she voted to authorize the war.

Jesus Christ, All Things Considered is doing their best to push the "Obama is a hollow windbag" line. Holy shit. Their piece on the Clinton campaign sounded like a fucking commercial for HRC.
