Yawn, this thread has remained largely civil. Please don't ruin it. And I never was in HRC's corner.

I'll just let those who were come out, admit it, and take a bow.

You mean like the way the Republican candidates have jumped off the W bandwagon they helped steer for the past seven years?

But anyway, not everybody on 'the left' said that Hillary was the be all end all of the 2008 election.

And those who are switching over? Well, God forbid somebody use their gray matter and make a more informed choice about who they want as their next president.

Perhaps you're so used to the 'stay the course' bullshit, you can't see it that way.

The Clintons don't do anything without seeing a poll on it first. Somewhere there's one that said N.H. voters want to see you cry.

She just didn't realize it meant after she'd lost by double digits.

Does anyone think Bill is laughing his ass off watching this?

No, I think he's pissed. Fair or not, this is part of his bed they're shitting.

HRC and Rudy should just get a room and get it over with.

    Maybe so.

It's pretty obvious that he should be running her campaign.

Pretty obvious from here, too. I mean, I guess hindsight is perfect, but, damn, Penn didn't have a plan for getting beat. They're just throwing shit against the wall, now.

Well, that was one of the longer days of my life. McCain got off to an early start and didn't stop until an hour ago. Seven stops, across NH. Big, enthusiastic crowds.

The McCain folks are confident, but not all that confident -- they're nervous about the large number of undecideds and about the number of independents who might vote Democrat. I really did feel today like it could go either way on the Republican side tomorrow night. It's definitely not a coast.

On the other side, the feeling on the ground here is that Obama is going to win by about a million points.

    Tomorrow should be fun.

Jonesy, any rumblings you hear about Hillary dropping out?
