It already is...the only reasons he goes to other countries is for fund-raising for his library, not to consult.

Found it interesting that there were more votes for Dems in Dixville Notch than for the GOP. I remember when NH was reliably GOP.
Frankly, I think having a smaller state with just a few clustered population centers is a good place to have the first primaries. I just wish they moved it around the country a bit. New Mexico would be a good early primary state in the West, Mississippi or Arkansas in the South.

I'll be working the primary bright and early tomorrow morning, showing some love for the little guy.

Literally. I'm helping out with Kucinich's campaign.

    Didn't you get the memo?

    You're Obama voters now. ;)

(I think sc just went with the shortest candidate.)

    The early returns are in!!!!
Obama has a 6 vote lead over Hillary.
While McCain leads Huckabee by 5 votes, Paul by 6 and Romney by 7.

Hilary's near emotional breakdown yesterday is not going to help her cause. Edwards said something like, we need a leader who is strong and I agree with him.

Clinton showed nothing to me yesterday that would prove that she has tough enough skin to make it to the White House. Especially after that meltdown. When she said something like I don't want us to fall back or I don't want us to go backwards (paraphrasing), I thought to myself that she just illustrated going backwards by getting too emotional and that she just solidified that the only woman in the primary race will not get her shot at the Oval Office.

Didn't someone tell her that you never let them see you sweat? Desparate times call for desperate measures.

If I were her, throw in the towel now. She has no way to rebound from this mess.

Driving home last night, I twirled the dial and listened to the knuckle-draggers chortling with glee at Hillary's Muskie moment.

Be careful what y'all wish for.

She made certain she reiterated all her key talking points (doer, not talker . . . ready from Day One . . . ).

She may still get there . . . but the train's leaving the station very soon, and she's got
a whole lotta catchin' up to do . . . and since she smells like death right now, the money's not going to be coming in at the same clip it was, two months ago . . .

Everyone said the same thing about McCain a few months ago. You would have all told Huckabee not to bother running. Kerry was far deader than this 4 years ago. Why would she give up now?

I think Biden made a mistake dropping out. If Hillary self-destructs, there's room for a "moderate" / experienced candidate. Edwards is setting himself up as the Obama fall-back position, no one besides Richardson who has been awful is lining up to back up Hillary.
