These crazy switchback posts from me are getting too repetitive ... In two weeks, I'll be leaving the Oregonian, moving back to Orange County to be with my family. Nancy and I couldn't make the move to Oregon work, so I'm coming home. As great as it was for me professionally -- Mark Katches and the staff at the Oregonian have been incredible -- it was a lonely and depressing time personally. I'm a husband and a dad first. It's time to come home.
