    Rocky Johnson worked the St. Louis territory throughout the 1970s, and I never heard him billed as the Rock. I heard Don Muraco billed as the Rock for years, tho. Just a small quibble with ya.

    Interesting how wrestlers were still loved even when they weren't all pumped and buffed and roided out.

    It was a lot simpler time, with a lot fewer entertainment options, and no splashy video games, and more suspension of disbelief.
