Matt Ryan is like the Colossus of Rhodes, towering above these playoffs.

 

What an ugly end to such an exciting season.

Raiders expected to start Connor Cook vs. Texans

First time ever a rookie QB makes his first start in a playoff game.

 

I wouldn't have drafted Connor Cook to lick envelopes in the mail room. Yikes.

 

I'm pretty sure Doug Flutie did this in the '80s. He played in a few games for the Bears but didn't actually start until the playoffs.

 

You're only a rookie in your first year out of college, though. All others are "first-year players."

 

Well, that, and I also forgot about the stupid USFL. I guess that counts, too.

 

I think that people are so high on the Pats because the QBs they're going up against are pretty uninspiring, excluding the Steelers (who have been frustratingly inconsistent) and the Chiefs (who the Pats beat in the playoffs last year, and are still coached by Andy Reid in the upcoming playoffs). I think both teams have a chance, but I'd still have the Pats as a strong favorite.

 

Didn't Dallas have him rated over Prescott?

 

The only worse rookie you could send out there would be Jared Goff.

 

Here's hoping his dad can tear himself away from The Blaze long enough to watch the game.
