NFL Championship Game Running Thread

Early reports makes this feel like it's going to live up to the hype in terms of QB vs. QB

 

God, I hope I don't jinx this (I know, I know, lovely Mrs. UNCGrad, the world doesn't revolve around me), but it seems like every postseason Mahomes has some sort of bad ankle sprain.

This postseason, he doesn't, and goddam, look at this.

What an incredible first 20 minutes to this game.

 

The Ravens defense has yet to make a play of any kind. Down linemen especially unable to do anything. I am not a Lamar-basher, but this is the kind of situation where turnovers happen. QB starts thinking, "I gotta score on every play."

 

That's s been a buig part of Lamar's success this year, especially after not finishing the past two seasons. I assume a lot of Ravens fans hold their breath whenever he takes a big hit.

As well as the Chiefs have been running, that would have been a great spot for play action.
