I seem to remember Peyton hanging in there and winning a couple Super Bowls.

Can someone come get me when this is over? I'm going to put myself under a rock for a while.

Most title games have footage of glorious past match-ups. The only championship connection these two teams have is Joe Montana winning one in the Lions’ stadium.

They don't have the '57 playoff at old Kezar with the seagulls and everything. Lions rally to win behind Tobin Rote, in for injured Bobby Layne?

Earlier today the casino I bet at had odds for all four potential match-ups, so that's what I was going by. I think the Niners were -1.5 against the Chiefs, and the Chiefs were -5.5 against the Lions.

In all seriousness. After the strip sack in the first half, the Ravens defense got its act together and played tough (also dirty, but those do go together on defense quite often). Meanwhile, the offense, not just Lamar but everybody, spent the rest of the game acting like it was 31-0, nor 14-7. Baltimore tan the ball 16 times, and 8 of those were Lamar. That's offense play-calling sin.

All week I read, "The Lions could run the ball well against SF..."
