Try having him be QB of your favorite team - the team you watched as far back as you can remember and planned your Sundays around for the past 40-plus years.

It's a whole new definition to "life ain't fair."

    *heavy sigh*

Plus, the great majority of his losses to Dallas were road games, including all three playoff losses.

You DO realize he's going to win you a Super Bowl in a couple weeks, right? :)

But it drives the cheeseheads nuts. That's the best part.

So Manning's going to get hurt and the Colts will pull off a miracle trade, then.

    Channel selector.

    Mute button.

    On/off switch.

Is my television the only one in the world with such bells and whistles?

I think the Favre haters ignore such devices. That way they can continue to watch as much Favre coverage as possible just so they can turn around and bitch about it on this forum.

Nate Kaeding loves the Jets in January.

No. The rotation is locked in ahead of time, and doesn't change, no matter which teams host the conference championship games. One of the biggest reasons the conference title games were moved to 3 and 6:30 was specifically so they wouldn't have to worry about switching things around because of West Coast teams hosting. The only fly in the ointment left is if the Giants and Jets were to both host conference title games, in which case they'd have to go on separate days (or, at least that was the plan when it was discussed a few years ago).

You were right about the rotation, though. One network gets the Saturday night prime time game during the divisional round. The other network gets the Sunday night slot during the conference championship round. CBS had the Ravens-Colts last night, Fox gets Saints-Vikings in prime time next week.
