    Yes, but it was still very fucking cheap. This is a conference semifinal.

    Technically, yes. But the Colts drove up the field fairly easily after Smith returned the kick to open the second half. I think part of the reason Manning was pissed because he had figured out the Jets' defense.

    Also, the Jets' offense was horrid. They got one stinkin' touchdown after they got the gift of Curtis Painter. (The other TD was a defensive score off of Painter's fumble.) The Colts know how to pick up a blitz, and Caldwell's move of the year was letting Ron Meeks go as d-coordinator and getting someone in who knew how to get the defense to use its speed to make plays rather than overrun them.

    Again, not saying it's the Colts in a walk. But I like their chances better than I would against San Diego.

    That would have sealed the win for the Chargers, if we lived in a universe in which Nate Kaeding did not suck. (Leave him alone says Blitz)
