Why - I would figure you'd hope the Colts won next week so you could slobber all over yourself and BYH screaming "YOU SEE, DUNGY REALLY WAS THE PROBLEM!!!!"

    You're right.

Titans would not be one of the teams.

Yeah, because the Chargers have such a stellar postseason history under Norv Turner.

If Colts make it, another all-small-market Super Bowl is guaranteed.

I did, because like Bob Stoops and his history in big games, I said thathte Chargers have a poor history against the Jets in the playoffs.

The Chargers are a team that played mostly grainfeeders at the tail end of their schedule and BARELY got by the Bengals several weeks ago.

I wasn't sold on them like everyone else.

Dude, the Broncos played the Chiefs in week 17. No excuse.

And, again: If those teams had won one more game--had the Broncos gone a still-shitty 3-5 from games seven thru 14, or the Titans beaten the Jets in week three to go a still-shitty 1-5 from games one thru six--then this isn't a debate. Don't want your playoff fates determined by the whims of dogass quitters like the Colts and Bengals? Win more games. The end.

Well, hey, the Colts won their first playoff game, which means they're much further along than usual under Dungy (four first-round losses in seven years).

    No.

The Broncos didn't get two laydowns.

The Jets were shittier over the games where people actually played them.

I was 2-2 this weekend and frankly was way off on three of the four games -- I figured Colts would win in a squeeker, maybe by a field goal, the Cowboys would win a tight game and the Chargers would win in a rout. The Saints game didn't shock me that much because the Cardinals showed their ass in giving up 45 points the week before.

Keith Brooking steamed over the late touchdown in the Cowboys-Vikings game.
