    For one, you're leaving out the considerable difference in rushing stats.

    Also it wasn't Ryan getting his team a bye. He has one of the best running backs in the league helping with that, and arguably the game's best receiver.

    The guy whose team went 10-6 against a schedule featuring 12 teams that finished .500 or better did more than the guy whose team went 11-5 against a schedule featuring seven teams that finished .500 or better.
