If Bill O'Brien who had him in NE does not take a shot at Hoyer that will tell us all we
    need to know.

I think Houston and Cleveland make the most sense for him unless he's willing to go somewhere where he knows he's going to be the backup.

I think whoever offers him the most money makes the most sense for him.

Charges against Greg Hardy dismissed. That's.....something.

Yes it is. Charges dismissed just like that. It now seems like a real lost year for Hardy.

So what's this Titans fan to take from the team's hiring of Dick LeBeau?

Fantastic defensive coach whose ability to make in-game adjustments should help, but teams have a very good idea how to attack his zone blitz scheme.

Someone needs to come up with a new hot defensive scheme. The Cover Two and zone blitz are yesterday's news.

Lost year where he was paid 13 million. Employer fullfilled their obligations.

Yes, they did. Of course, this also leaves open the possibility that an innocent man was punished. Unless you are going to try to suggest losing the opportunity to play isn't a punishment for a professional athlete.

Do we know he was innocent for sure? Of course not. But the legal system had its say and the charges were dismissed.
