Lots of outlets reporting Bryant's deal is done.

If that's actually $52.5 million guaranteed -- as in, he gets the money no matter what happens from this point forward and there are no roster bonuses or other team-discretion outs tied to it -- I'll start believing NFL players who say they weren't beating their wives and girlfriends.

The recent history of "guaranteed" money in the NFL is not a good one for fans of dictionaries.

Just saw where Thomas' deal is now done as well.

Both WRs get 5-70 deals. Dez gets $45M guaranteed; Thomas a tad less.

Dallas-area jewelers are the real winners here.

Steelers sign Cameron Heyward to a six-year, $59.25 million contract extension Thursday. Not sure how much is guaranteed. After Lawrence Timmons, Heyward is the best player on that defense. New defensive coordinator Keith Butler is talking about using his linemen to attack the quarterback more rather than eat up blockers, the way they did so much of the time under Dick LeBeau. It seems like a better fit given Heyward's growth and the lack of a proven option at outside linebacker.
