Maybe not. He might be one-third Kelce/two-thirds DK Metcalf. That's a top five pick.

He’s gonna get screwed come contract time, since his team would undoubtedly tag him as a TE.

Depends on how they use him. If he's really the Falcons pick at 4 (who the fuck knows?) he'll make out on his rookie deal. After that it's up to him, his coach. QB, fate, etc.

Did someone already fight that battle? Dallas Clark maybe?

Yeah, at least once. I don’t think they were successful.

    Jimmy Graham.

Apparently Suggs and the Ravens had a disagreement about whether he was a LB or DE, and split the difference.

    Jimmy Graham I thought.

    That is correct. See above.

Graham's argument was he lined up wide or in the slot on something like 70 percent of his plays, so he should be categorized as a wideout. The case went to an arbitrator, who ruled Graham was a tight end for franchise tag purposes.

Didn't he have "Tight End" in his Twitter bio while he was arguing he wasn't a Tight End?

    Am I imagining this?

It might have been Facebook, but yes, he was calling himself a tight end on social media.
