Something was not right with The Giants. When you watched body language on sidelines it was clear that he did not mesh with Eli too well.

Should go better in Chicago with their easy going QB.

As much "expertise" as Scott Pioli is providing on NFL Network this afternoon, you'd think he was a successful GM.

He will be a breath of fresh air in the locker room, especially if Urlacher comes back. Between him and Cutler, not a lot of hijinks ensuing.

Although, Cutler LOVES receivers that make him look good, as any QB should. Bennett is a definite upgrade over Kellen Davis, so I suspect you'll see Cutler and Bennett yukking it up on the sidelines from time to time.

 

Wonder if Marrone and Nassib will stay closely connected?

 

Good luck - Eli seems pretty easy going and he would come off shaking his head. It was clear that a number of times Bennett ran the wrong route. One I remember resulted in an interception.

 

He should get along great with Cutler, then. Built-in excuse for some interceptions.

 

It would be a good fit... If Marrone can wait until the second round to see if he's there...
