The Chiefs didn't have a lead in regulation until like, what, the 10th game? They absolutely were either the worst or one of the 2-3 worst teams for most of the year.

The first game they won, they didn't have a lead until they kicked the game-winning FG in overtime.

What, you don't see Drew Stanton as the future?

Would not surprise me to see them go QB in the first round.

Chiefs also had six guys in the Pro Bowl, right? There's plenty to work with, a lot more than a 2-14 team usually has. A ton more than the Colts had, for instance.

Asomugha should be a no-brainer for the Niners...

As far as Woodson is concerned, it's hard to know what is motivating him and Reed at this point. They both have rings, they're both headed to Canton, I can't imagine that either is worried about $$$, but both could have (I'm guessing) taken pay cuts and stayed on contending teams...

Right. They played terribly last season, but it was never a team that you looked at and said, "This team is hopeless." They have talent. That's why I think so many people think the addition of Reid, Alex Smith and a few other free agents will make them a much better team next season.

There are quite a few mocks that have Barkley going in that spot. What is it No. 7?

A quarterback named Matt who stayed a year extra at USC, dropped in the draft and started to look like his arm was too weak?

That sounds perfect for the Cardinals.

In the wake of Geno Smith's pro day, the consensus among the "experts" is that he'll go to Arizona at 7.

Barkley is no getting no run as a top 10 pick. But that will change after HIS pro day.

I tend to think Smith will be off the board by No. 7.

The four guys doing mocks on CBS Sports, two have Barkley going to Zona and two have Geno Smith...
