I'm sure locals in Indianapolis find it utterly repugnant that the Colts didn't make the Super Bowl, and Tom Brady did. (I know I do.) On the other hand, they should be nice to the Pats fans, no matter how asshol-ish they are, because Indy gets to take revenge by draining them out of all of their money.

Only difference is McNabb, in his prime, was actually good.

    Don't forget Kraft's CBS holdings.

Nantz has been giving them a wet kiss for so long by now it's part and parcel of the broadcast.

Oh, he's sounded worse than that.

He would've been flagged at any bar I ran.

Flacco put the game-winning touchdown in Evans' hands and had a pretty good game before that. He still turns in plenty of stinkers, but Flacco did the job when called upon this season. Evans and Cundiff? Not so much.

I disagree. They made the plays when they needed to, and as much as Baltimore choked it away, the Patriots also seized opportunities. The 3rd-and-3 stop that set up the turnover on downs was great, and they hurried Flacco enough to make him miss a little.

You stay classy during the anthem, Niners fans.

That's nothing compared to Kraft after the 1996 AFC title game. But 15 years ago, he WAS drunk. Now, it's some sort of inherent speech pattern. He sounds like that in weekday morning press conferences.
PS: Nobody sane could knock Flacco today. Played his ass off.
PPS: Both teams played excellently. Too bad it ended on a choke by a kicker. Of all the ways close games end, that's the most anticlimactic and worst.

The literal placement was an American Tragedy. You could see it was going to go horribly wrong.

Nonsense. He was a FACKIN' PIECE OF GAHBAGE during his last two years and the newfound fanbase delighted in his toils in Buffalo and Dallas.
