Ravens, Honey. We all know what my goal here is ...

    LTL made a funny.

And I just have this bad feeling about tomorrow's game. Manning's going to suck in the cold weather, Flacco is going to suck less than usual, and Prater is going to miss a pivotal FG toward the end. It won't be a blow out, but it will be the surprise game of the weekend.

    I hope I'm wrong.

I honestly don't think the Ravens have much of a shot.

Veteran team that has completely discounted the first meeting and knows it will be a challenge. Elway, Manning and Fox have been burned before in the bye-week divisional game and took approaches the past two weeks to keep the focus on the task at hand with practices, not letting guys leave town, etc. Reading and listening, there's some apprehension because Jacksonville will always be in the back of Broncos fans' minds. But this team has come too far to piss it away at home, where the joint will be jumping, the Ravens will be gasping for air (they didn't get in until late tonight, then got stuck in rush hour traffic and the snow getting to the hotel) and playing in a short week. 27-21.

Turn that score around, MH, and I'll take it.

Joe Flacco is a pretty good "All He Does Is Win" quarterback in his own right.

Eight road playoff games in four years, they are 4-4 and have lost by double digits once. I'd take the 9 1/2.

Wish I could support you in this, but it's the Ravens. I just can't. I can hope your boys beat Denver the next week, though. :)

You do know me enough to know that I would take your scenario here.

I'm not going to lie. If the improbable happens Sunday evening, I would much rather see Flacco and Lewis at Reliant than the orange that is Peyton.

I'm leaning toward a Raven victory too. Manning has laid too many playoff eggs to think he'll be totally fine playing in the freezing ass cold -- with a glove! -- against a team tends to win at this time of year just to troll everyone.

The Texans are getting curb-stomped. I bet Foster runs for 60 yards or less.

I'm hesitant to say this, because I think the pressure on him is going to be suffocating, but I think Atlanta wins. Seattle has a good defense, but they're just OK on the road. Ryan's reputation is basically riding on this game, as unfair as that may be. If he flops, I'll never, ever believe in that dude again.

Rodgers is going to throw four touchdowns, and we'll be forced to hear way too many morons speculate that Harbaugh made the wrong call and should have stuck with Alex Smith, as if Alex Smith plays fricken defense or some shit.

I think all four games are decided by 10 points or less.

Too many people dissing the Texans. It's just one game. They were going to have to beat someone other than Tennessee and Cincinnati to get to the Super Bowl anyway. So what if the game is on the road? Field is still 100 yards long and the conditions are the same for both teams. Quit making excuses and go play the darn game. The great teams find a way to get it done. (Hell, even the Giants won twice on the road last year in the playoffs.)

I just think New England is the better team. But I don't see another 42-14 beatdown.
