How is what he said about Belichick and the Patriots without class? Called him a first ballot HOFer, talked about how great the Patriots were. I mean that's just so classless. You should just refuse to run the gamer while you're at it. I have no clue why people are so worried about "class" when it comes to football.

Here is what Ryan said about Belichick while I was watching the press conference: "I thought it was going to come down to me and Belichick. Thank God it didn't. He won that one - again. He always does."

    Way to move the goalposts.

IIRC, the Pats were busted videotaping opponent practices right after that game and before the loss to the G-Men.

That's all Joe Flacco was asked to do as well, right?

And Flacco would have done it had he and cam cameron not completely melted down in the second half of that game.

All they had to do is do what the jets did - not fuck up, run the ball, keep the clock moving and punt and don't give the steelers a short field. They were too dumb to pull it off.

No, they were the 6. Colts were 5.

Easier said than done, especially in Pittsburgh.

Sanchez was so bad this season that te Jets were thinking about benching him. That is not the player I want taking snaps for me in a game this big.

That is why Brady scared me. He can handle the pressure. I'm not sold on Sanchez handling the pressure.

If I'm the Jets, I try run running the ball on Pittsburgh. They have a better chance of doing that than dropping Sanchez back 35 times and hoping he does not fuck up 2-3 times.

A point of historical clarity here regarding "Spygate."

    1. The crime for which the Pats were punished was videotaping Jets' in-game signals from the bench while game was in progress during season opener in 2007, and punishment was dealt out prior to second game of season.

    2. On morning of Super Bowl 42, my old paper the Herald ran a story that the Pats had videotaped Rams walkthrough at Super Dome day before Super Bowl 36 against Rams. Story was subsequently completely discredited and Herald ran large apology.

Was it actually discredited or could they simply not produce enough evidence to back up their claim? I honestly can't remember.
