Allowing another TD to the Seahawks. Not looking good for next week.

    Haha.

OK, time to eat a little crow. Had you told me or any sentient human midway through the season, after the Bears had lost back-to-back home games to Seattle and Washington, that they'd be hosting the NFC title game, you'd have gotten a collective STFU. But the second-half turnaround has been amazing, and that's due in large part to Lovie and the coaching staff. They've done a great job since Week 9.

And one more thing: If nothing else, this game has proven that Mizzou is a dick. :)

If this were ruled a TD the Bears would not have made the playoffs.

Tremendous performance by the Chicago secondary.

And if you had balls, you'd be an uncle.

While I am all for poking YGBFKM with a stick, you can't assume weeks two thru 17 would have unfolded the same way if the Bears open up 0-1. For instance, if they're 10-5 instead of 11-4 going into that last game against the Packers, they certainly care about the outcome a lot more.

Gamblers everywhere just perked their ears up -- and cursed (or thanked the heavens) Carroll's decision to kick the PAT.
